AutoPAP:
If you feel your CPAP pressure may be too high or too low, your physician may order an AutoPAP machine for testing purposes. An AutoPAP machine is just like a CPAP, except instead of having one set pressure, it tests different pressures while you sleep to find one that works best for you.

If your physician has ordered an AutoPAP test for you, you may receive one of the two machines shown below.

AutoPAP tests typically last three nights, although some physicians may request tests lasting one week or more.

Once your machine is returned to us, we will download and analyze the data. If a pressure change is noted, we will contact your physician for a change of your prescription. Please note that only your physician may authorize a CPAP pressure change.
