If you call after regular business hours, you will be connected directly to our live answering service for your assistance.

After-hours Service:
Your health is our number one priority! If at any time you experience problems with your equipment, feel free to contact us (716.667.9600).
Our normal office hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. If you should need to contact us outside of those hours, please know that we have a live answering service available for your safety and convenience at all times.
Our answering service will ask for your name, address, phone number, and the type of issue or problem you are having. This message will then be relayed to our on-call representative.
Please note that, depending on the type of issue or problem you report (non-life threatening) we may not return your call until the next business day.
Inclement Weather:
Inclement weather can happen anywhere and at any time. It's best to be prepared for any situation and have a plan in place.
If you have an oxygen concentrator or BiPAP machine, locate your nearest emergency shelter or fire department. Contact them and let them know that, in cases where your power is out, you will need to stay there temporarily until your power returns.
Oxygen patients may use your back-up E cylinder for temporary power outages. But for any power outage lasting longer than four hours, be sure to take you and your oxygen concentrator to an emergency shelter.
Loss of Power:
If you are on life-sustaining equipment and experience a power outage, please call Pro2 (716.667.9600) so that we may address the situation.
Oxygen Patients:
If you utilize oxygen and lose power, turn your machine off and be sure to use your back-up E cylinder. Then call Pro2 (716.667.9600) to let us know of your power outage.
